• Prior to joining Primary Capital in 1994 as a senior vice president, was a vice president for HomeBanc. In addition to generating real estate loans, specialized in identifying problem assets and successfully managing their disposition. He orchestrated all of HomeBanc's workout negotiations and settlements, foreclosure proceedings and REO sales, prior to the Bank's sale to South Trust.
• Mr. Thompson began his real estate career in 1985 as a multi family construction lender and Freddie Mac multi-family permanent lender with Meritor Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Philadelphia Savings Fund Society.
