property finance, commercial brokerage services, and equity investing to single-family
construction and residential development, and residential mortgage financing.
President and CEO William B. Pendleton helped form the vision for the Company and his
entrepreneurial spirit results in unique and innovative loan programs to the real estate sector.
In 2001, Mr. Pendleton organized the formation of a sister company, CornerstoneBank,
a community bank that specializes in real estate lending.
The Primary Capital team is comprised of experienced and seasoned lenders and bankers.
The firm has grown to nearly 75 employees and has assumed its place in the Atlanta real
estate community. In addition, the firm is expanding in the Southeast, primarily in the
Florida market.
