    Anthony Coniglio is chief executive officer of Primary Capital Mortgage. Mr. Coniglio joined PCM in late 2013 and manages all activities related to PCM’s wholesale, correspondent and consumer-direct channels while overseeing the company’s overarching strategic growth effort. Prior to his current position, he served as founder and CEO of Elevation Home Loans, a start-up residential mortgage company acquired by PCM’s parent company, Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO). Previously, Mr. Coniglio was a managing director and co-head of JPMorgan’s specialty finance investment banking team. During his 14 years at JPMorgan, Mr. Coniglio was responsible for leading a structured finance business segment and was instrumental in establishing the firm’s asset-backed conduit platform.

    In conjunction with his role as PCM CEO, Mr. Coniglio serves as senior vice president of Resource America, Inc., an asset-management company that manages over $9 billion in assets, including Resource Capital Corp. Mr. Coniglio is also on the board of directors of St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, a national leader in intensive rehabilitation and specialized care for children with special needs and life-limiting conditions. Mr. Coniglio chairs the IT governance and cybersecurity committee and is a member of the audit committee.

    Steve Bledsoe is Chief Financial Officer of Primary Capital Mortgage (PCM). Mr. Bledsoe has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He most recently was Controller and Senior Finance Officer at SunTrust Mortgage. In that role, Mr. Bledsoe was responsible for accounting and financial reporting for SunTrust's entire mortgage division. Prior to his work at SunTrust, Mr. Bledsoe held accounting and finance roles at companies including HomeBanc Mortgage, Friedman Billings Ramsey, Freddie Mac and KPMG Peat Marwick.

    Walt Carter is Chief Information Officer at Primary Capital Mortgage. Mr. Carter has over 25 years in technology leadership roles. Prior to Primary Capital Mortgage, Mr. Carter was the CIO at Generation Mortgage Company where he established data center operations, brought app development in-house, extended Salesforce across all channels, and more.

    Walt earned his BS in Physics from Guilford College before beginning his career as a technical officer in the United States Air Force. He later earned his Master's degree in Public and Private Administration from Central Michigan University. Throughout his career, Walt has held many technology leadership roles, and in 2014 won the Georgia CIO Leadership Association's Corporate CIO of the year award.

    Dan Havel is Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, at Primary Capital Mortgage. Prior to joining Primary Capital Mortgage in November 2013, Dan held a similar position at Elevation Home Loans, LLC, which was a start-up residential mortgage company acquired by Resource Capital Corp.

    Dan previously spent 15 years focused on Automated Underwriting and Adaptive Control Systems, Credit Policy, and Analytics for both mortgage and commercial insurance products at Liberty Mutual, JPMorgan Chase, Washington Mutual, Aurora Loan Services, and Fannie Mae.

    For the first five years of his career, Dan was an underwriter of consumer finance products at various bank and non-bank entities.

    Heidi Majors is Senior Vice President of Operations at Primary Capital Mortgage. Primary Capital offers consumer direct, wholesale and correspondent channels that will be expanding over the next few years. Heidi has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking and financial services industry. She runs all day-to-day operations for PCM. Prior to joining Primary Capital Mortgage in 2000, Heidi was Vice President of Premier Lending Corporation, a subsidiary of Premier Bancshares.

    Debbie Turner is Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer at Primary Capital Mortgage. Ms. Turner has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has held senior management positions with several large financial services companies, including Premier Lending Corporation. In addition to Premier Lending, Ms. Turner held senior management positions at First Century Bank and Generation Mortgage Company, and started her own compliance consulting company focused on federal and state compliance.

    At Primary Capital Mortgage, Ms. Turner is responsible for oversight of the company’s compliance management system, focusing specifically on state, federal and local regulatory compliance.

    Mike Kiessel is Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Primary Capital Mortgage. Mike joined PCM in 2001 as Accounting Manager and transitioned into Secondary Marketing in 2002. He holds more than 22 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, beginning in 1993 when he moved to Atlanta. Prior to joining Primary Capital Mortgage in 2001, Mike was an Accountant for Standard Mortgage for nine years. Mike specializes in daily pricing, pipeline management, purchase and sale of securities for commitments, and warehouse management including cash flow management, balancing closed or funded loans, outgoing wires and purchase advices.

    Kyle Eddy is Senior Vice President, Consumer Direct (Qualifi, a DBA of Primary Capital Mortgage, LLC). Prior to joining Primary Capital Mortgage, Mr. Eddy served as director of call center operations for Assurant Specialty Property’s 700-seat customer service center. Mr. Eddy’s vast array of customer care experience includes positions at business data and analytics leader CoreLogic, Verizon Communications and Anderson Financial Network, and he has consistently succeeded in using technology to improve customer service offerings and reduce company costs.

    Spencer Mosness is Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Primary Capital Mortgage. Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Mosness worked at Premier Home Mortgage, Inc., where he served as the company’s first full-time attorney and General Counsel. Mr. Mosness built Premier’s legal team from the ground up, and his experience working hand-in-hand with compliance and HR to navigate the tremendous regulatory challenges facing a fast-growing residential mortgage company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mosness was a partner at Costello Porter Law Firm where he practiced all aspects of civil litigation, both state and federal, at the trial and appellate levels, with particular focus on complex business litigation.

    Liane Taylor is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Primary Capital Mortgage. Ms. Taylor is responsible for the human resource team and all of the department’s activity. Prior to joining Primary Capital Mortgage, Ms. Taylor served as VP of Human Resources at TriStar Services, where she developed an overarching corporate HR strategy to support the company’s vision of growth and helped lead the organization through an extensive rebranding exercise.

    Ms. Taylor’s human resource experience includes developing a management development program and curriculum at SHPS, Inc./Carewise Health and establishing an IT assessment program at YUM! Brands, Inc. Her particular areas of expertise include organizational cultural management, team leadership, development and management, and talent retention.

    Liana Thomas currently serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Primary Capital Mortgage. Liana has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience within the Residential Mortgage and Banking Industries, including 15 years at Primary Capital. Liana has a hands-on management style in all aspects of Talent Acquisition. Liana provides support to all employees in multiple states formulating policies and business strategies, and providing overall vision and direction to HR programs, recruitment and activities. Liana is an active, compassionate leader driving a variety of talent acquisition duties including organizational development, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, compensation and benefits.
