William B. Pendleton leverages, for Primary Capital and CornerstoneBank, 35 years of leadership and experience in the Atlanta banking and real estate community.

Mr. Pendleton founded Primary Capital, a specialized real estate finance firm, in 1994. The company provides expertise in both commercial and residential real estate financing transactions. One of the few remaining independent regional firms, the company offers financing options ranging from commercial real estate and commercial brokerage services to residential mortgage lending and construction lending. Primary Capital closes nearly $1.5 billion in business annually.

In 2001, Mr. Pendleton organized CornerstoneBank, a community business bank specializing in real estate financing and an additional funding source for its sister company, Primary Capital. With over $330 million in assets, CornerstoneBank targets small businesses, real estate professionals, and private banking clients.

Mr. Pendleton is the former Executive Vice President and Director of HomeBanc and was instrumental in building Atlanta's largest community bank and residential lender. He attended Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia with a Varsity tennis scholarship and graduated with a B.A. degree in economics and political science.
